Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time Delivery typically takes 8–14 business days. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or high demand periods.

Shipping origin Items are shipped from our supplier warehouse outside the EU.

Duties & taxes All items are shipped duty-paid (DDP). Customs duties and import VAT are settled before delivery — no additional fees will be charged to you upon arrival.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or delayed orders If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
