Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-returnable items Items that are damaged due to misuse or returned after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs & import duties As items are shipped from outside the EU, any customs duties or import VAT paid upon delivery are non-refundable.
