Processing Time

We process and ship your order within 2–3 business days. Please note that this time is not included in the estimated delivery time.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. Delivery normally takes 10–20 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that customs duties and import VAT may apply upon delivery. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed via your original payment method within 7 business days.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 60 minutes of placing it. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
